These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Bounti's referral marketing platform and SMS messaging services. By creating an account, submitting a web form, or replying to a Bounti message, you agree to these terms.
1. SMS Messaging and Opt-In
By providing your mobile phone number through a Bounti referral form, portal sign-up, or direct submission to a participating business, you consent to receive SMS messages from Bounti on behalf of that business. Messages may include:
- Referral invitations and personal referral links
- Reward offers and confirmation of earned rewards
- Campaign updates and follow-up outreach
- Account and support-related notices
Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your participation and campaign activity. Most participants receive fewer than 5 messages per campaign.
3. Carrier Charges
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
4. Opt-Out
Reply STOP to any Bounti message at any time to opt out of all future messages. You will receive a one-time confirmation that your opt-out has been processed. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at hello@bountihunter.net or +1 (912) 452-5940.
5. Data Collection and Use
By using Bounti's SMS program, you acknowledge that:
- The content of messages you send to Bounti may be stored and processed to operate the referral program.
- Inbound messages are analyzed using AI language models to determine intent and generate appropriate responses.
- Your phone number and message content are transmitted through Twilio, our SMS infrastructure provider.
- Phone numbers you share (e.g., a friend's number) may be used to send that person a referral invitation on your behalf.

6. Business Account Terms
Businesses using Bounti agree to:
- Use the platform only for legitimate referral programs with customers who have a prior relationship with the business
- Comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable CTIA guidelines
- Not use the platform to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages to purchased lists
- Maintain accurate records of customer opt-in consent
- Honor opt-out requests promptly
7. Rewards and Payouts
Referral rewards are subject to verification of job completion and payment confirmation by the participating business. Bounti reserves the right to withhold rewards in cases of suspected fraud, dispute, or violation of these terms. Payout timing and method are determined by the participating business's account configuration.
8. Limitation of Liability
Bounti is not responsible for SMS delivery failures caused by carrier filtering, network issues, or recipient device limitations. Bounti's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the fees paid by the business account in the preceding 30 days.
9. Changes to These Terms
Bounti may update these terms as the platform evolves. Updated terms will be posted at this URL with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
