These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Bounti's referral marketing platform and SMS messaging services. By signing up, submitting a form, or replying to a Bounti message, you agree to these terms.

SMS Messaging

By opting in to receive Bounti text messages, whether by texting JOIN to +1 (844) 242-7924, completing a Bounti web form, or replying to a Bounti message, you agree to receive SMS messages related to referral programs, onboarding, campaign updates, and support.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on participation and account activity. Most participants receive fewer than 5 messages per campaign.

Carrier Charges

Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

Reply STOP to any Bounti message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP to any Bounti message or contact hello@bountihunter.net for assistance.

Program Scope

Bounti messages may include referral invitations, referral links, reward confirmations, follow-up outreach, and account-related notices sent on behalf of participating businesses.

Business Accounts

Businesses using Bounti agree to use the platform only for legitimate referral programs, in compliance with applicable laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines.

Changes

Bounti may update these terms as the service evolves. Updated terms will be posted at this URL. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
