Bounti SMS Opt-In
Bounti powers referral programs for local service businesses. When a business uses Bounti, their customers may receive SMS messages sent on behalf of that business via a shared Bounti number. Messages are branded with the business name so you always know who you are hearing from.
How to Opt In
You may receive Bounti messages if you have explicitly opted in by one of the following methods:
- You are an existing customer of a participating business and provided your phone number to that business for service-related communication
- A friend shared a Bounti referral link and you submitted your phone number on the referral claim form
- You texted JOIN to a Bounti number
- You completed a Bounti-powered sign-up or intake form and checked the SMS consent checkbox

What Messages You May Receive
- Referral invitations and reward offers from a business you have worked with
- Your personal referral link
- Referral outreach sent on behalf of a friend
- Campaign updates and follow-ups
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity and campaign participation. Most participants receive fewer than 5 messages per campaign.
